AmeriCorps Partnership and Community Impact
United Way of the Great River Region is proud to partner with an AmeriCorps-supported program to help mobilize our community so all can thrive. Together, we are creating lasting change by connecting people, resources, and volunteers to meet critical needs across our region.
Through this partnership, AmeriCorps members serve alongside local organizations and community leaders to support key initiatives, including early literacy programs, Healthy Futures efforts, food pantry support, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. These efforts help expand access to education, improve health outcomes, strengthen food security, and increase financial stability for individuals and families.
This work reflects our shared commitment to advancing youth opportunity, promoting healthy communities, and building pathways to financial security—ensuring that every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
We proudly recognize this partnership by clearly identifying AmeriCorps-supported programs and initiatives across our communications, including our website, publications, and social media. In accordance with AmeriCorps branding guidelines, we incorporate the AmeriCorps name and logo on relevant materials and service gear.
