Sponsorship Opportunities
The 2026 Fall Golf Outing will be held Friday, May 1 at Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course, Fort Madison, IA. Sponsorships opportunities available (see below). For your convenience, you may complete the sponsorship form. If you prefer, you may mail your form with payment to our office at PO Box 251, Keokuk, IA 52632. Corporate Sponsor – $1200
Includes name & logo on advertising, a banner hung at the golf course, hole sponsor sign, marketing opportunity at the golf course to event participants, 4-person golf team (not required). Please provide a jpeg file of your logo to the United Way. Use the team registration page if entering a team.

Team Sponsor – $400
Includes cart, lunch, free soda & water, golfer, & 5 drink tickets/golfer.

Includes name & logo on beverage carts, at the buffet line, and throughout the golf course. Please provide a jpeg file of your logo to the United Way.
