Sue Prochazka has over 35 years of experience in human services as a nonprofit executive director, trainer and consultant. She currently coordinates volunteer and community engagement at United Way of the Great River Region. In addition to her work with United Way, she also provides training and coaching in organizational and professional development at Southeastern Community College Center for Business.
Prior to her work at United Way, she was the Executive Director at Tri-State Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Abuse and provided training on topics related to domestic abuse through the Iowa Department of Public Health. She spends her free time knitting, hiking, and traveling with family and friends, especially to Prague, her home away from home. Sue lives in Keokuk with Tom Buckley who is retired Director of Lee County Conservation Board.
